Parking on the street is a safety concern and is discourteous to other residents.

HOA Highlights
- Home Improvements: Any exterior changes, such as fences, decks, etc., require HOA approval. You can submit a request through your Holt Woods PayHOA login.
- Parking: Please park all vehicles in your driveway. Guests can use curbside parking for short-term visits.
- Recreational Vehicles: Trailers, boats, RVs, and similar vehicles shouldn't be parked on the street or in your driveways for extended periods. Please store them elsewhere.
- Maintenance: Keeping your property well-maintained helps keep our community looking great. This includes but not limited to mowing your lawn, trimming shrubs and cleaning the exterior of your home.
